For real!

I am have only 2 semesters left before getting my bachelors. I desperately could have used this app earlier! I print my articles then read along with the speechify voice writing notes in my margin and my comprehension of the text has greatly improved! Also, it keeps me on task so I am able to finish assignments in half the time that I would normally take on my own! THANK YOU!!!

Absolutely excellent. I am audio learner and have a hard time focusing but when I read along with an audio book I have a much easier time staying focused and comprehending. Huge time saver!

Speechify is amazing!

I’m an audible learner, so being able to have textbooks read to me allows me to process information better than reading. This is also terrific for studying while driving or in places where it’s not feasible to have reading materials.

Worlds greatest App

I just wish I had Speechify when I was a young girl I found out I was dyslexic when I was taking eighth grade over for the second time. They knew I couldn’t comprehend they knew I could read but the problem was I wasn’t retaining it and it was extremely difficult but their practice and wanted to show that I’m not stupid even though I was in special ed classes as well I started reading more and more and more two books at the same time then I got up to three books at the same time finishing them and just expanding my mind today because I was not in school and work you’re on a computer I’ve kind of gone backwards but I’m trying again I’m back in college and 53 years of age to get a bachelors degree not in my first choice and love but it nonetheless it is still business and I look forward to this the only problem I have is the price that needs to come down so that more people can use it because I’m doing the three day trial but I will not be able to afford the price of the whole program if I can get it together I will but anyone that reads this it’s a great app and it does work and for those children that need the help it’s worth of money and it’s worth the money for me I just cannot afford it on a fixed income thank you and God bless.

Helpful for the multitasker

I have a part-time job grading and I’m also a full-time student and I have to do quite a bit of reading. Like a lot of people I have to be able to get multiple tasks done at once, and I’m also an auditory and visual learner (I love subtitles during a movie). I’m still learning the app capabilities, but so far I have scanned text from a book (this was spotty, but helpful). The page can’t be skewed, weirdly lit or bent when scanning or you get a strange translation of the text into Speechify. This was my only issue so far. Uploading a PDF so far works great.

Phenomenal!!!

I retain information better when I hear it. Sometimes I have a hard time sitting down and reading for hours (brain starts to wonder). This app is something that I always dreamed of. Amazing times we live in. I would highly recommend!

School textbooks

I have had so much difficulty reading a textbook because I am a visual and listening learner. Thank you for creating this method. I am retaining every word and context of a book.

Great for Auditory Learners

As podcasts and audio books are more prevalent, the ability to listen to articles and others files is a time saver. I use it while exercising!

Excellent app!!

I’m a full time student and I learn much better with audio and visual. This app cuts down on my study time. It easily converts photos of text into a readable document. It also had no problem doing the same with a PDF file.
